Sault chamber business awards held this month

The 119th Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce general meeting and business awards luncheon is set for Oct. 17. This year's event will be held at the Marconi Cub from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guest speaker is former astronaut and Sault native Dr. Roberta Bondar.

Tickets are $48 plus GST for non-members and are available by calling 705-949-7152 or by going online at www.ssmcoc.com. Chamber members have the option of reserving a table of eight for $256 plus GST, or a table of 10 for $320 plus GST.
