Ring of Fire miner starts drill program

KWG Resources reports it has started a 12,000-metre drilling program on its Big Daddy chromite deposit in the Ring of Fire.

KWG Resources reports it has started a 12,000-metre drilling program on its Big Daddy chromite deposit in the Ring of Fire.
The Montreal miner has a 28 per cent interest in these mineral claims which will increase to 30 per cent by funding half of the $5 million program.
The company intends to collect a large sample for metallurgical testing and to complete resource definition drilling on a portion of the deposit that suitable for open pit mining.

Cliffs Natural Resources is the project operator. The metallurgical testing and drilling will be done during the first quarter of 2012.
