Quadra FNX appoints new CFO

Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. continues to add new blood to its management team with the appointment of Robert “Don” MacDonald as its new chief financial officer. MacDonald replaces Stuart McDonald, the former CFO of Quadra, and interim CFO of Quadra FNX.

Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. continues to add new blood to its management team with the appointment of Robert “Don” MacDonald as its new chief financial officer.

MacDonald replaces Stuart McDonald, the former CFO of Quadra, and interim CFO of Quadra FNX.

Throughout a 25-years career in mines and financing, MacDonald has been involved with the operation or development of 10 mines through North and South America, as well as the completion of US$2 billion worth of mine financings.

Most recently, he served as CFO of NovaGold Resources Inc.

“Don's experience in finance and the development of large-scale mining projects will immediately strengthen the Quadra FNX management team,” said president and CEO Paul Blythe in a statement.
