Officials with RJK Explorations and its partner, Greater Lenora Resources Corp., have announced they may have found the source of two mineralized boulders discovered last summer west of Thunder Bay.

A mechanical stripping program has unearthed a 30-foot-wide massive sulphide zone in bedrock that resembles the two large mineralized boulders found last August on the company's property located about 55 kilometres outside of Thunder Bay.

The mineralized bedrock was discovered two kilometres north of where the two boulders were found by local prospector Dan Calvert.

Assays of the boulders showed grades of 38 per cent zinc, 0.6 per cent copper, 4.44 per cent lead, 388 grams of silver per tonne of rock and 15.9 grams of gold per tonne of rock.
