Many of the countless research projects underway at the heart of Sudbury's Laurentian University will be on display at the school during its Research Week, which runs from Feb. 9 - 12.
The event features a series of lectures, book launches as well as a graduate student symposium, though various departments will offer presentations of their projects.
Some of the fields expected to present include the School of Engineering, whose faculty will offer lectures alongside other departments from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 9. Faculty from economics and computer science will present from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Research projects under development by master's and doctoral students will present from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with topics ranging from management to science and engineering.
