The Ontario government made $17.6 million in July exporting electricity to other provinces and the U.S.
That number is based on export revenues of $47.3 million versus imports of $29.7 million.
That brings net export revenues to more than $127 million this year.
The Ontario grid is connected to Manitoba, Quebec, New York, Michigan and Minnesota.
Since 2006, the province has made $1.9 billion in electricity exports.
