Inco Ltd. has struck a deal with Atikokan Resources to invest $1.5-million in exploration funding into known gold, platinum-group metal and base metal deposits. Inco will pay Atikokan $200,000 over the next five years for sampling, mapping, surveying and drilling on their Lumby Lake property near Atikokan, after which the two companies will enter into a joint venture.
