FedNor is contributing $91,625 towards the Municipality of Greenstone's acquisition of a water booster pumping station. The pumping station will improve the volume and pressure capacities for all industrial park users and First Nations communties within the municipality, according to officials with the municipality. The project's goal is to acquire, inspect and integrate the Long Lake Forest Products underground water booster pumping station and to increase the volume and pressure in the 10-inch mainline that supplies the community's sawmill and other industrial operations.
