Geotech Ltd., a geophysical airborne survey company whose spinoff company, Geotech Aviation, has an office in Sudbury, has acquired Aeroquest International Ltd.
Under the agreement, Geotech will acquire all outstanding common shares of Aeroquest, pending approval under the Business Corporations Act of Ontario.
Aeroquest collects and interprets data for geophysical mapping. Aeroquest offers airborne geophysics surveys through Aeroquest Airborne, aerial geomatics surveys through Aeroquest Mapcon and the custom design and construction of geophysical sensors and instruments through Geophex.
Aeroquest is headquartered in Mississauga, but has offices across North America, in South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.
