FedNor has invested $118,000 in the Mississauga First Nation near Blind River to hire a project co-ordinator for a strategic planning exercise to establish a research and development unit and investigate local ecotourism opportunities.

FedNor has invested $118,000 in the Mississauga First Nation near Blind River to hire a project co-ordinator for a strategic planning exercise to establish a research and development unit and investigate local ecotourism opportunities. The research and development unit, which will employ four full-time staff members once operational, is intended to help create new businesses and employment opportunities.
