Dragons' Den host heads up entrepreneurial funding workshop

More than 50 small businesses and entrepreneurs from the Sault area are expected to attend the Feb. 19-20 workshop hosted by the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre, Science Enterprise Algoma and the National Research Council's Industrial Research Assistance Program.
Attendees will hear Dianne Buckner's "Top Ten Lessons from Dragons' Den" and from Donald Cooper on how to grow your business in good times and bad.
Other speakers include Northern Ontario Enterprise Gateway regional co-ordinator Jim Noble and local management consultant Brad Simard. Representatives from 11 private sector and government funding agencies will be on hand.
