The new owners of Sudbury's City Centre mall will reveal their plans next month. Vista Hospitality, a Kitchener and New York State hotel and property management firm, bought the downtown mall in June, pledging about $6 million in renovations. An architectural firm is drawing up renovation and conceptual plans for public consultation in November. Besides promising to add new stores to the mall by Christmas, Vista hopes to partner with the City of Sudbury to add on a dedicated convention centre for trade shows. The city commissioned a feasibility study to determine if the idea is viable.
