EllisDon Corporation has donated $25,000 to Sault College’s Inspiring Growth capital campaign to modernize campus facilities.
“Sault College has a long and rich history of preparing students to meet their future opportunities and challenges by providing relevant programming,” said Michael Smith, EllisDon’s senior vice-president of business development, in a news release.
“As an organization, we feel privileged to be a part of the transformation of the college campus. Such a significant expansion will inspire future generations to choose Sault College for their post-secondary education.”
The Inspiring Growth campaign, which kicked off last fall, is the most significant fundraising initiative the college has undertaken in its 47-year history. The college is aiming to raise $6 million to revitalize the campus and contribute to student scholarships and bursaries.
