Nearly two years after its inaugural show, Canadian Trade-Ex is teaming up with the City of Timmins to once again put on The Big Event Mining Show on May 21-23.
To be hosted at the MacIntyre Arena, the show will feature a prospector showcase, an investor forum, as well as a manufacturing innovation pavilion.
The event is expected to feature space for 300 exhibitors, with half that amount already spoken for by a mix of mining suppliers, juniors, and producers.
New to the show this year is the presence of a First Nations mining pavilion showcase, where up to eight booths will be set aside for Aboriginal community partners.
The two-day exhibition will be preceded by a gala dinner featuring guest speakers from producing and active junior mines in the Porcupine camp.
