Mining suppliers looking to get in the know about sources of government support for exporters may want to catch a special webinar being hosted in partnership between Export Development Canada (EDC) and the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment and Services for Export (CAMESE).

To be held on Oct. 30 at 1 p.m., the free hour-long teleconference will feature EDC, federal and provincial government representatives discussing how to grow one's business internationally.

Speakers include Marc Lemay, assistant deputy director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, and Kimberly Lok, sector advisor for extractive industries, EDC. Others include Maureen Angus, area director for South America, Ontario Ministry of International Trade and Investment, as well as Spencer Ramshaw, director of information and communication with CAMESE.
