Brett Resources finds more gold

Brett Resources reports finding more gold mineralization on its Hammond Reef deposit in northwestern Ontario.

Brett Resources reports finding more gold mineralization on its Hammond Reef deposit in northwestern Ontario.

The Vancouver junior miner said their 16-hole spring drilling program confirms the continuity of a gold system more than two kilometres along strike to the northeast from the current resource.
Current metallurgical work confirms that gold recoveries exceed 91 per cent.

Their Hammond Reef property is 23 kilometres north of the town of Atikokan. It is near the site of nine former mine shafts used in the early 1900's.

The property has an inferred resource of 4.8 million ounces of gold at a grade of 1.05 grams per tonne.

The company said the exploration program extended Hammond Reef deposit in three directions with a down dip of more than 150 metres.
Brett is planning an aggressive exploration program this summer and fall.
