Tbaytel named Kathleen Jones as its vice-president of sales, marketing and communication.
She originally began working at the Thunder Bay phone and internet provider in 2001 and joins the executive management team after serving as the company’s director of marketing and communications since 2007.
“Through her contributions to marketing and communications, she has been instrumental in fortifying Tbaytel's market-leading brand presence and I have every confidence that she will continue to demonstrate that same commitment as she moves forward in her role on our executive management team,” said Tbaytel president-CEO Dan Topatigh in a May 21 news release.
Jones previously worked for Computer Mind and Air Internet, both of Thunder Bay, and spent a decade working for advertising agencies such as BBDO, MacLaren: Lintas and Stringham & Grant Tandy.
