The Awards will be presented to seven women - three from Northeastern Ontario and three from Northwestern Ontario. The categories are Private Sector, Public Sector and Young Entrepreneur. A new award will be presented to one grade 12 student from across Northern Ontario for the Aspiring Achiever Scholarship Award.

The Awards will take place on Tuesday June 2, 2009 in Thunder Bay at the Valhalla Inn and on Thursday June 4, 2009 in Sudbury at the Radisson Hotel. Purchase your tickets online at www.influentialwomen.ca
