Established in 1976, TESC is an integrated construction services company serving the mining, power, and oil and gas industries. The company maintains a satellite office in Saskatoon.

“I have made the decision to engage Don to take on the overall management and operations of TESC, but will remain actively involved in leading the company’s strategic growth initiatives as owner and CEO,” said Dario Zulich in a Sept. 9 statement. “Under his leadership, I am confident that we will be successful in preparing TESC for future growth. It is a very exciting time for us”.

The company reported other management changes include broadening the responsibilities for executive vice-president, Ivo Campanelli and finding a new role for Julie Zulich as senior vice-president. Both will be focused on streamlining the company’s structure and processes.
