The North Bay & District Chamber of Commerce capped its annual Small Business Week of activities with its Bell Evening of Excellence Awards attending on Oct. 22.
Nineteen finalists were honoured at a dinner with eight awards presented.
The Studio was chosen as the New Business of the Year.
Zach Lewis of Lewis Photography is the Young Professional of the Year.
The Not-for-Profit of the Year went to the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation.
Sofa Communications received the Success Story Award.
Metso Minerals Canada took home the Innovation Award.
Two Small Business of the Year Awards went to Maxwell Pottery (1 to 5 employees) and Cor Maximus (6 to 15 employees)
Blue Sky Personal Support Workers received the Bell Business of the Year (16+ employees).
