Harte raises exploration funds for Hemlo-area project

Harte Gold , which is exploring near the Hemlo Gold Camp, has raised $1.35 million in funding through a private placement. The company has offered a private placement of six million units and four million flow-through units of the company.

The company has offered a private placement of six million units and four million flow-through units of the company. Proceeds will be used to fund the summer 2014 drill program, development work related to the advanced exploration project at Harte’s Sugar Zone property, and general corporate purposes.

The Sugar Zone is located 60 kilometres east of the Hemlo Gold Camp and contains an NI 43-101 compliant  resource estimate of 980,900 tonnes, grading 10.13 grams per tonne gold (indicated), and an inferred resource of 580,500 tonnes grading 8.36 grams per tonne gold.

Harte additionally holds the Stoughton-Abitibi property located near the Holt-Holloway Gold Mine in the Porcupine Gold Camp.
