Sudbury homebuilder receives provincial acclaim

J. Corsi Developments Inc., a homebuilder based out of Sudbury, received an award of distinction at the annual awards gala hosted by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) in Ottawa on Sept. 21.

In the architectural design category, J. Corsi Developments was recognized for Most Outstanding Production Built Home (one storey) for its design of ‘The Vermouth.’

“We are very proud of everyone at J. Corsi Developments for this achievement,” Phil Monkhouse, president of Sudbury & District Home Builders' Association, said in a release. “We are thrilled for them and happy that a Sudbury firm is among the list of winners.”

The association recognizes builders in 39 companies. J. Corsi Developments was the only Northern Ontario firm to be listed amongst the winners.

The Sudbury & District Home Builders' Association (SDHBA) is the voice of residential construction in the City of Greater Sudbury, representing 90 member firms of builders, developers, renovators, suppliers and professional services. SDHBA will hold the local Residential Awards of Excellence on Oct. 17 in Sudbury.
