<root><headline>Youth Forum 2001</headline><author>Northern Ontario Business Staff</author><article><p>Discussing ways to stem the tide of youth out-migration from the North is the focus of a two-day workshop at Northern College in Kirkland Lake on May 11 and 12. The organizers of Youth Forum 2001 hope to lure 200 attendees representing a cross-section of young people, educators, business and community stakeholders to devise an action plan addressing the issue of youth leaving the North.
