Furniture and equipment for Timmins' new call centre were being rolled into TeleTech Holdings Inc. Spruce Street facility in early April. The completion of the $3.2-million centre effectively finalizes the city's contribution toward landing the telecommunications company. The official opening is still months away. The company still has to install some state-of-the-art technology in the 40,000-square-foot facility and must secure a client for the centre. Staff will be hired some four to six weeks after that.
