Nine health-care facilities will be upgrading their facilities and equipment thanks to a $598,758 investment through the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corp. The funds will enable small health-care facilities in Elliot Lake, Blind River, Bruce Mines, Little Current, Manitowaning, French River, Serpent River and Sagamok to purchase medical and dental equipment to modernize their facilities.
