China's copper demand is on the rise again as a result of their economic stimulus package according to Europe's largest copper producer Aurubis.
The Chinese banks are granting loans again as well as the Strategic Reserve Bureau who taking part in copper deliveries which could reach 400,000 tonnes or more are active again. Other Chinese provinces like South Korea are following suit.
