Revenues at North Bay Airport have dipped, according to a quarterly report released to city council. Landing fees between the first quarter of 2000 and this year have dropped $3,400. Terminal user fees also fell by $3,500. The city also lost money in grant-in-lieu of taxes when the airport was downloaded by the federal government. On the flip side, airport rental facilities jumped by $23,000 when National Aeronautics and Space Administration rented a runway to do winter landing tests. Council also heard the airport's new terminal project is behind schedule due to earlier inclement weather and site preparation problems. Full occupancy at the terminal is scheduled for Sept. 1.
