The Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 2009 Bell Business Excellence Awards Gala on May 12 from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
The event honours businesses and entrepreneurs whose achievements and contributions to the community have distinguished them from their peers.
The gala takes place at the Caruso Club.
There are 10 award categories this year, including the Chair's Award, Business Start-Up, Innovation, Company of the Year and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Last year's big winners include Company of the Year Bestech, Old Rock took home the Business Start-Up Award, and Gateway Helicopters for Entrepreneur of the Year.
