The search is on for Canada’s safest employers.

Canadian Occupational Safety is seeking nominees for its 2013 Canada’s Safest Employers awards.

Categories include: building and construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality (includes hotels, tourism, restaurants), transportation (land, air and sea), utilities and electrical, health care, oil and gas, mining and natural resources, and public sector/non-profit.

A new category this year is open for wellness, which recognizes employers for outstanding and successful employee health and wellness programs.
